Ibanez SR605 5-string bass, ash body, Bartolini electronics, lightweight. I bought this Brand new about a year and a half ago and I don’t think it’s ever left my house. Great condition, plays great, looks great, sounds great, well balanced, I just have yet to find a use for it. Thought I needed a 5-string, but I guess not so much. These go for $700 new so A fair deal I believe At 480.00Bestinbassguitars.com

Hi, I decided to sell my bass.

I’m a pianist/keyboardist myself, and I rarely ever used this – only for occasional recordings.
I bought it new at GC about 5 yrs ago. The thing is close to new in condition – because like I said, I’m a keyboarder – not bassist. Besides, my bandmate just got a fender passive jazz bass, in addition to his active Schecter, so I doubt we’ll ever use this bass.
It looks absolutely stunning, and plays great. The only reason why I sell is just that – I practically never get toplay it, which is a shame. Musical instruments need to be played, so I hope you will find a good home for it.
Back when I picked it out at the store, I tried all the different ones by fender, musicman, b.c. rich, gibson, epiphone, etc. Granted, some were just plain out of my price range at the moment, but within my budget, this just spoke out to me. Both the look and feel of this instrument have some sort of pleasant, creative vibe to it.

here’s what they said:

The Ibanez AGB140 Semi-Hollow Electric Bass Guitar has the best features of vintage and modern basses, with quality Ibanez craftsmanship to top it off. A single high-output humbucker and a full 34″ scale deliver seismic sustain with sweet, responsive articulation miles ahead of most semi-hollow basses. Solid construction features a maple body, 3-piece maple/mahogany Artcore neck, a rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays, 22 medium frets, and a passive EQ. The Gibraltar III Quick Change bridge/tailpiece also contributes to the great sustain of these basses and, true to its name, provides easy string changes.
